001 TitanWebEngine ("we", "us", "our") operates from Rua Ferreira Borges 45, 3000-180 Coimbra, Portugal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit our website or engage our web development services.

005 THIRD-PARTY SHARING. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except: (a) service providers strictly necessary for service delivery (hosting, payment processing), (b) when required by law or court order, or (c) with your explicit written consent.
006 YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR). Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. TERMS OF SERVICE

001 ACCEPTANCE. By engaging TitanWebEngine services, located at Rua Ferreira Borges 45, 3000-180 Coimbra, Portugal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and TitanWebEngine ("Provider").
002 SCOPE OF SERVICES. Provider delivers web development, API engineering, infrastructure setup, and automation services as agreed upon in individual project proposals. Each project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.
003 PAYMENT TERMS. Payment schedules are defined per project. Standard terms require: 50% upfront upon project initiation, 25% at mid-point milestone, and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance. Late payments incur a 2% monthly fee. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
004 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced specifically for the project. Provider retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development, which are licensed to the Client for perpetual use within the project scope.
005 WARRANTY. Provider warrants that all deliverables will conform to the agreed specifications for a period of 90 days following final delivery. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and functional compliance. Issues arising from unauthorized modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting environment changes are excluded.
006 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Provider's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
007 CONFIDENTIALITY. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship. This obligation survives termination for a period of 24 months.
008 GOVERNING LAW. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Coimbra, Portugal, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.

REFUND & REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

001 ELIGIBILITY. TitanWebEngine (Rua Ferreira Borges 45, 3000-180 Coimbra, Portugal) provides refunds in accordance with Portuguese consumer protection law (Código do Consumidor) and EU consumer rights directives.
002 CANCELLATION BEFORE WORK BEGINS. If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].
003 CANCELLATION DURING PROJECT. If a project is cancelled after work has begun: (a) payment for completed and approved milestones is non-refundable, (b) work-in-progress is billed proportionally based on completion percentage, (c) any overpayment beyond completed work is refunded within 30 days.
004 NON-CONFORMITY. If deliverables do not conform to the agreed specifications as defined in the project proposal, you may request: (a) correction of defects at no additional cost within the 90-day warranty period, or (b) a partial refund proportional to the non-conforming portion, at Provider's discretion.
005 REFUND PROCESS. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with: (a) your project reference number, (b) a description of the issue or reason for cancellation, (c) supporting documentation where applicable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
006 EXCLUSIONS. Refunds are not available for: (a) work completed and accepted by the Client, (b) third-party licenses or subscriptions procured on the Client's behalf, (c) domain name registrations, (d) changes in project scope requested by the Client after initial approval.
007 DISPUTE RESOLUTION. In the event of a refund dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Centro de Arbitragem de Coimbra or the competent courts of Coimbra, Portugal.
